Open the Start menu (icon in the lower left corner), click on Computer, and look under Devices with Removable Storage. You may have to wait a few seconds for the computer to recognize your drive.
For Windows 10, you can use a shortcut key (Windows key + R) to open the run window to search for File Explorer, which will give you quick access to your flash drive.
