Adding access to the engineering folder that is used with the CATT3 (Computer-Aided Thermodynamic Tables 3) software is a manual process that must be completed by OIS staff. Students can submit a ticket by email campussupport@atu.edu, creating a ticket at https://support.atu.edu/support/tickets/new, calling (479) 968-0646, or visiting the Campus Support Center in the Library's North lobby Monday-Thursday: 7AM–10PM, Friday: 7AM–6PM, Saturday-Sunday: 2PM–6PM.
