If you have a known item's title (book, article, or movie), try the primary title search "te:"

Employing the te: search will only reveal results with your search terms in the Main Title field of the record. This is true for books and physical items as well as articles and digital content.

The te: search is different from the ti: search or the “Title” dropdown search.  Those searches will also bring results where your title is in the table of contents or other fields.  This can create a result list that may not be as relevant or precise.

The te: or Primary Title search is also available in the Advanced Search.
