More than likely the computer you are using does not have the UniversalPrintQueue set as the default printer.  Go back and and set this in the printing dialogue box and then press print.   

On the keyboard, press the Windows key and the letter R key simultaneously Image result for press windows + r

Type \\print in the search box and hit enter

Double click UniversalPrintQueue on the list of printers that appears

After a few seconds the printer will install and be available for use
